We used our expertise in DFB technology and various semiconductor materials to create broadband light sources in the NIR. These devices combine the proven beam quality of nanoplus lasers with the broad spectrum of LEDs.

Quick description of nanoplus SLD technology

nanoplus SLD are specially designed and characterized to fit your requirements. For more than 20 years, nanoplus has been manufacturing DFB and FP lasers with excellent performance: the same technology is used for our SLDs which we offer at any wavelength between 760 nm and 2900 nm.

Free space mounting for SLDs

nanoplus developed a specific free space package. The TO66 header disposes of an extra large thermo-electric cooler. It is hermetically sealed with a black cap and anti reflection coated window. Please click on the mounting for detailed specifications and dimensions.

Fiber coupled mounting for SLDs

You may opt for our butterfly package with SM fiber, if you choose an SLD in the wavelenth range between 760 nm and 2360 nm. Please click on the mounting for detailed specifications and dimensions.
