nanoplus Superluminescent Diode

nanoplus superluminescent diodes (SLD) are specially designed and characterized to fit your requirements. For more than 25 years, nanoplus has been manufacturing distributed feedback lasers and Fabry-Pérot lasers with excellent performance: the same technology is used for our SLDs. nanoplus offers SLDs at any wavelength between 760 nm and 2900 nm.

Technology

We used our expertise in DFB technology and various semiconductor materials to create broadband light sources in the NIR. These devices combine the proven beam quality of nanoplus lasers with the broad spectrum of LEDs.
