At nanoplus, we are committed to conserving resources, protecting human health and the environment, and complying with applicable environmental regulations across all business processes. Environmental protection is an integral part of our management objectives and is supported by the responsible actions of all our employees.

This commitment is reflected in our ISO 14001:2015 certification, first awarded in November 2017.

All nanoplus products manufactured after January 1, 2017, comply with the EU RoHS requirements restricting the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment. Our products also meet the applicable requirements of the EU REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006. Further details are available in our RoHS and REACH declarations below.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

We want you to be satisfied with any order you place with nanoplus.

If this is occasionally not the case, please complete our RMA form, call or email us. Our sales team will try to find a solution with you. They will provide an RMA number for the return shipment and keep you informed about the next steps.
