Sustainability

In all business processes, nanoplus is determined to actively minimize the use of resources, protect the general public from possible negative impacts and comply with any environmentally significant regulation. Conservation of the environment is part of our management objectives. It is supported by the responsible behavior of all our employees.

In November 2017 our commitment to a sustainable ecological policy was endorsed with the ISO 14001:2015 certification.

All nanoplus products produced after January 1st, 2017, comply with the EU directives on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment (ROHS).

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

We want you to be satisfied with any order you place with nanoplus.

If this is occasionally not the case, please complete our RMA form, call or email us. Our sales team will try to find a solution with you. They will provide an RMA number for the return shipment and keep you informed about the next steps.
