nanoplus SLD are specially designed and characterized to fit your requirements. For more than 20 years, nanoplus has been manufacturing DFB and FP lasers with excellent performance: the same technology is used for our SLDs which we offer at any wavelength between 760 nm and 2900 nm.

Free space mounting for SLDs
nanoplus developed a specific free space package. The TO66 header disposes of an extra large thermo-electric cooler. It is hermetically sealed with a black cap and anti reflection coated window. Please click on the mounting for detailed specifications and dimensions.
